How to Make Homemade Fermented Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
We are making fermented ghost chili hot sauce! Fermenting and making hot sauce is easy and so tasty you will wonder why you haven’t been it forever! You can use your favorite hot pepper fresh from the garden and adjust the heat level to your liking.
Not to mention making it yourself gives you a chance to mess around with different flavors. We are keeping it simple today with a basic recipe.
Ingredients –
- 3 1/2 oz Ghost Peppers
- 1oz Pepperoncini Peppers
- 1/2 oz Sweet Peppers
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 3% Brine mixture (mix 28g salt in 4 cups water)
- White Vinegar (equal part to weight of fermented peppers)
