Easy Mason Jar Fermented Pickles! Homemade pickles made easy. Small batch fermenting in mason jars allows you to adjust recipes to your liking without wasting a ton of product. Once you have perfected the process you can step it up to a large crock.
Recipe – Pickling cucumbers 2% brine solution (1 tbsp sea salt to 4 cups of purified water)
2 cloves of garlic
10 peppercorns
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 bay leaf
2 sprigs fresh dill
